Uganda: MPs Task Government to Explain Ucc Orders On Journalists

[Monitor] Parliament -Opposition Members of Parliament yesterday tasked government to explain why Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is issuing orders which they described as "draconian" with intent to clamp down on media freedom.
